I am a 45 years old an and extreme food lover! Always have been. I love to cook and of course love to eat as well. I have been watching what I eat since I have been very young and also have been very active with going to the gym and learning as much as possible about nutrition. I wanted to start this blog to incorporate my love of food, health and cooking and share it with you to show that you can still eat LOTS of food while still being able to lose weight and get or stay fit! I have 4 children and they have become interested in this as well. I am hoping to get you interested in my recipes and thoughts because I am very interested in yours!!
